Refund policy

At Dhagaaa, we take pride in delivering premium men’s shirts crafted with attention to detail and quality. If you face any issue with your purchase, please read our policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (7 Days)

Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong size or wrong product delivered

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.

2. Incorrect Shipping or Contact Details

Dhagaaa is not responsible for incorrect shipping or billing information provided at checkout.

If you notice any mistake (wrong address, pincode, phone number, etc.), you must inform us within 2 hours of placing the order via:

If not informed within this time, any additional shipping or re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

3. Reporting an Issue

Any issue related to damage, defect, or incorrect size/product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, even though the return/exchange window is 7 days.

Failure to report within 24 hours may lead to rejection of the claim.

4. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the shirt must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Not have perfume, deodorant stains, sweat marks, or signs of wear

  • Have all original tags intact

  • Be returned in original packaging

Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible.

5. Proof Requirement

Customers must share within 24 hours of delivery:

  • A clear 360° unboxing video

  • Clear images showing the issue

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

6. Exchange & Replacement Process

Once approved:

  • Dhagaaa will arrange pickup (if serviceable area)

  • Exchange will be processed within 10–15 working days

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be provided.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The defective product is not available for exchange, or

  • Exchange is not possible from available stock

If the product is available for exchange, refund will not be processed.

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval.

8. Size & Fit Disclaimer

A slight variation of ±1 inch in measurements may occur due to manual measurement and does not qualify as a defect.

Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

9. Color Variation Disclaimer

Actual colors may slightly vary due to:

  • Lighting conditions

  • Photography limitations

  • Screen settings

Such variations do not qualify for return or exchange.

10. Final Authority

Dhagaaa reserves the right to inspect the product and approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request. All decisions made by Dhagaaa shall be final.
