1. Ready Stock Orders

All products listed on our website are ready stock items.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (depending on order time).

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–10 working days, depending on your pincode and location.

  • Currently, we ship within India only.

  • Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners.

2. Delivery Attempts & Timings

  • Courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • Delivery timings are generally between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  • Exact delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and reachable to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All COD orders are confirmed via phone call or message before dispatch.

  • This confirmation is required to validate contact and delivery details.

  • Customers may raise order-related queries during confirmation.

Orders not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

4. Delays in Shipment

In rare cases, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or operational challenges.

  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Address & Delivery Guidelines

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including pincode and contact number.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

  • Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with.

6. If Your Order Does Not Arrive on Time

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Sometimes parcels may be received by a family member, neighbour, security guard, or reception staff.

7. Order Cancellation by Dhagaaa

Dhagaaa reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Logistics or fulfillment issues

  • Policy non-compliance

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified promptly.

  • A 100% refund (if prepaid) will be processed to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.
